The annual culinary experience will be held on the evening of Saturday, November 7, 2009 at Inspiration Cafe in Uptown. The Cafe will be transformed into a temple of fine dining for just one night to celebrate 20 years of offering services and support to our participants in an atmosphere of dignity and respect.

Chef Dominique Tougne of Bistro 110 will once again lead this year's culinary event, which will feature a magnificent and classic eight-course meal in the French tradition. Chef Tougne's delicious cuisine will be paired with fine wines and sweets from the French Pastry School at the City Colleges of Chicago to create an unmatched combination of flavors and presentations. Thanks to Chef Tougne, Chef John Kraus and Chef Joshua Johnson of the French Pastery School, and to Chef Jonathan Goldsmith and Keith Will of Spacca Napoli, now in their fifth year of "bustin' suds" in the dish room!
