Edna’s dream has always been to become a baker. After completing the Foodservice Training program and a transitional job at Inspiration Kitchens, Edna was hired as a pasta maker at Eataly. There she is able to gain more job skills for the high-end culinary market. Edna says about her new life, “I’m able to put a bit of my creativity into everything I do, and I really enjoy it!”

Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license required. Bachelors in Social Work or related field preferred. Two years’ work experience in a non-profit setting and/or significant life experience.
