Edna’s dream has always been to become a baker. After completing the Foodservice Training program and a transitional job at Inspiration Kitchens, Edna was hired as a pasta maker at Eataly. There she is able to gain more job skills for the high-end culinary market. Edna says about her new life, “I’m able to put a bit of my creativity into everything I do, and I really enjoy it!”

The Lead Server is a dynamic and enthusiastic representative of Inspiration Kitchens. The Lead Server creates a memorable dining experience and leads closing operations.

Work schedule is Wednesday-Saturday from 4:00pm-9:00pm.
