After rebellious behavior led to her incarceration at age 16, Latepa decided she wanted better for herself. She was released early due to good behavior but lack of options made it difficult to stay on a positive path. In 2014, she found Inspiration Corporation, enrolled in our Foodservice Training Program, and later found employment at Inspiration Kitchens and University Center.
