After serving a short time in prison, Antonio was working on his GED when he enrolled in the Foodservice Training program. He graduated with flying colors, and now works as a line cook at Inspiration Kitchens – Garfield Park.

The Sous Chef/Chef Trainer assists the Head Restaurant Chef to operate the back of house and to provide on-the-job training to students of Inspiration Corporation’s foodservice training program.

The Sous Chef supervises employment training students and back of house staff in the Head Restaurant Chef’s absence.
The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10-25 pounds.
Main office location: 3504 W Lake St, Chicago, IL 60624 (East Garfield Park neighborhood in Chicago). Schedule is Wed-Sat 1pm-9pm, and rotating between Tuesdays and Sundays 8am-4pm.
Attends evening, weekend, and early morning meetings and functions as required.
