Recruitment Assistance

Pre-Screening

Each job seeker is evaluated to determine his or her readiness, motivation, and ability. All of the job seekers enrolled in the program have completed employment preparation training designed to address topics including goal setting, time management, team building, and communication skills. Job seekers who complete this training acquire the skills to succeed in their jobs and become assets to the companies that employ them. We can also pre-qualify potential applicants in accordance with your business's hiring criteria prior to presenting the candidates for your consideration.

Tax Credit Assistance
