All graduates in good standing receive job placement assistance through Inspiration Corporation's employment specialist who works with each graduate individually. Cafe Too maximizes its impact and resources through collaboration with business partners to help us place successful program graduates.

Typical job titles include prep cook or line cook - both of which can lead to higher-level positions through on-the-job training - with an average wage of $8 per hour.

Some graduates may be eligible for six-month transitional jobs at Inspiration Cafe, such as kitchen assistant, kitchen coordinator or cafe coordinator. These positions allow students who need additional training to gain experience in a supportive environment while earning a small income.
