Once a referral is made, a case manager will then call within a day to set up an intake appointment for the client. During the intake appointment, the case manager will discuss the details of the Cafe program and the goals of the client. If the client meets the eligibility requirements and wants to become a guest, they will be taken into the program, provisionally, until the case manager receives results from a drug test.
