Tuesday, August 11th, Ground Up Chicago volunteered at Inspiration Cafe by preparing a delicious feast for participants. Ground Up Chicago is a Chicago chef collective committed to building a local and sustainable farmer-chef connection through education, access and support. Volunteers included Chrissy Camba of the Laughing Bird, Jonathan Goldsmith of Spacca Napoli Pizzeria, Thomas Leavitt of White Oak Gourmet Personal Chef Service, and Marianne Sundquist- food consultant and instructor. A fabulous time was had by participants, volunteers, and staff. Thank you Ground Up Chicago!
