Let’s take a moment and congratulate our Volunteer of the Month for November, Peter Mars! Peter’s generous, fun-loving spirit has been an invaluable contribution to our One Inspired Evening art auction for many years. He has contributed to this event in every way imaginable, from sitting on the committee, to donating valuable works of art from his private collection, to bringing his wife Sandra and co-workers hours before the event to help layout and hang the art in the most aesthetically pleasing way.

Peter is the founder of the successful Mars Gallery, which has been in business in the West Loop for nearly 25 years, providing a full- service gallery, framing, art hanging service and event space as well.
Peter has also headed up the One Inspired Evening art jury since 2008, with a keen eye for discovering new and up-and-coming artists at this event. His professional, artistic knowledge and perspective has helped bring this event to the respected position it holds today.
